  • Yes, but only until your order is finalised (shipped).

    If you would like to make a change to your order, please inform me ASAP. All stocked items are limited. Where possible, I will endeavour to assist with your request.

    PLEASE CHECK YOUR CART before finalising your order. Leave a note at checkout if you want me to hold your order. Once items are shipped, then you will need to adhere to the change of mind returns policy.

  • YES!! Absolutely- as long as I have not finalised your current order.

    Place your subsequent order, and I will refund any additional postage costs and send all orders in one parcel.

    You can let me know in checkout notes if you want me to hold your order because you intend to place a subsequent order.

    I will refund all postage costs if your combined order total is over $99 (Free standard postage for orders over $99).

  • Shipping timeframes depend on where the parcel is being sent. All parcels are being shipped from Zeehan, Tasmania (7469).

  • You can find information about where individual products are made on each product listing. Countries of manufacture include, but are not limited to: Australia, USA, New Zealand, and China.

  • Our prices are often set by our suppliers, however with some products we are able to offer discounts for bulk buys.

  • Becoming Eco aims to have all orders fully processed within one business day of placing your order.

    The local post office does not send new parcels after midday, so occasionally there is a delay of 1 business day if the order is placed in the afternoon.

    During peak times (such as during sales or major releases) there may be additional delays.
